don't make a generalized statement about a state based off a tourist trap sh*thole like MB. Anyway, Chucktown is better. Personally I hit savannah or jax beach. Odds are, the black folk you met probably weren't from here either. 3 centuries later and these f*cks still haven't got their sh*t together.
