There are alot of advantages to having a strong password, develope you'r own. Keys (passwords dummy) as they say use 6-8 characters at LEAST. As in characters I mean letters, numbers, and if available !@#$%^&*( are great spacial characters. Please realize that anything as a name, something personal, or that chick next door, shouldnt exist as a password to anything of value. (unless its picture of the girl, and you better share.) Shadow and I were talking about it, its decent to change them up, every so often the common ones. Keep your common one simple thou mix name/numbers that you will remember. Leet speak is also a great IDEA to roll with and that were it stops, but come on don't be an idiot "n3tW0rKs" is great but some simple sh*t should crack that. Hash Key Gens are a smart tool also for your finical or important logins, password generators, are ok for some stuff but password crackers look into those.

Otherwise be original, use a system you remember. I have my own , like most of the "elitist" out there, but what it comes down to is how you operate and watch for keyloggers at schools kiddies :) What also helps is make a list and throw it on your USB drive. Keep it handy and secure, *.rar it with password so :) .

That's one of the passwords I used on a site I used to go to. If it's important, I usually use a similar (in terms of length and the like) password.
Besides, if you break it into chunks, it's easier to remember.

Another thing I tend to do is to use a phrase or quotation that is memorable to me, and then tweak it a bit. For example, I've memorized the Puck monologue from the end of A Midsummer Night's Dream, so I used to use part of that as a password:

Obviously, the quote is "If we shadows have offended" from the beginning of the monologue. I think it's more secure because, for one, it's a phrase, and secondly, I've changed things around so it's not easily guessable. It's also nice and long, so brute forcing isn't too feasible.

Just a note, I don't use either of those two passwords any more, which is why I'm sharing. :P
