Okay, i think it has to do a lot with the "altered physics" of the servers.

But, i was curious why my player model, cross hair, hostage skins, map skins, etc, don't work on the boss servers at all. They work fine on every other server.

My weapon and gui skins work fine, but my altered explosion and spark effects don't even show. My hostage skins are purple and black only on the boss servers. My player model skins are the defaults replaced by the boss-server. But on every other server it's what I downloaded.

Hopefully there is a simple explanation to this. But maybe one day I can fully use all my skins on the boss servers.

sv_pure 1 isn't a fix. I don't want you using custom models for players and thats why its enabled.

So people can't use a cheap ass models that are all yellow and just the head is red.. and stuff like that

because shadow set them so they wont work, and owners of other servers are sucky?

as Nova said, quite easy get a bright yellow skin with red heads which would make your game easier.

Well, that kind of sucks for those of us who just want high-res custom skins.

My hostages are supposed to be high res crips from chicago, and they're purple and black on boss-servers. :/

the thing is... it isn't really about models as much as it is materials of the skins.

You would be surprised how easy it is to wallhack without even using any third party programs just by simply changing textures over, and thats just gay...

and as ashbash said, other servers that don't use sv_oure 1 are just bad at doing their job because they don't understand how important it is to have a level playing field.

Well the story behind the red heads and such is because a lot of modern aimbots go by coloring. I'll admit I've done my research.
