What are everyone's thoughts on the Minnesota Vikings rookie running back, Adrian Peterson, who beat the holy hell out of the Chargers to get the single game rushing record in only his 8th NFL game?

you mean SUCK and get injured after a breakout season? yea that pretty much defines all running backs lol. there are no phenoms anymore. Not Even LaDanian "I has Tuchdownz recordz" Tomlinson. The passing game is so much more exciting than the running game. Brady to Moss, Manning to Plaxico Burress...thats some exciting stuff. Watching some tall bastard pull the crazyiest sh*t out of the air.

look at the stats and tell me im wrong. Plaxico is amazing even when injured and has 8 Tds, Wayne has like 5 TDs.

and last i checked The Giants are pretty much one of the best defensive teams, and were considered the only threat to the Patriots schedule, and to stop their undefeated streak.

Too bad my Packers dropped him on his ass this weekend. But seriously, he has great potential and I hope the injury doesn't keep him off the field too long.

yea he's def fun to watch. I hope he stays that way after getting over this injury. There are VERY FEW explosive players around nowadays it seems, which is why the nfl running game bores me.
