Hello there is a guy named Medic Helper in the office server who has a voice changer to sound likea lil gril and is mic spamming and everyone hates them can u help resolve this problem thanks

Hahah, it's more like a four year old boy than a girl. But I agree, it got annoying VERY quickly. He was making all manner of screeching noises.
Just FYI, type "status" into your console and get his Steam ID next time - he can change his name, but his ID will identify the account.

You can also turn off voice chat... That's what I do when I go into any pubs.
