Only reason why I'm using that instead of my 22" asus, is that I do alot more watching of movies and play xbox now than PC game. If you are going to game with a TV pay attention to it's native resolution, most TV's in the low end spectrum(800$ and below) have a somewhat low native resolution and you wont be able to crank the resolution that PC monitors provide. So you notice ALOT more jagged edges on your graphics than a somewhat smaller PC monitor for over half the price.

But if you are looking at doing things other than game with it, does a decent job.
