Pictures extremely fucking related. The real OSX installer not only detecting my hard drives, video card, and NIC, but also running on an AMD processor.
My point is that you paid more to buy the Mac.
Also inb4 illegal, is not illegal if you bought a copy of OSX. And while it may or may not violate the EULA, there are some companies who get away with selling non-Apple hardware with OSX installed.

I swear to christ if chris goes on another rant how windows vista is the lord our god. I am going to drive over to his house and murder his family, anyone who knew him and anyone he interacted with just to make sure the faggotry is completely extinguished.

Really? Windows Vista is not a bad operating system. Honestly, if your hardware is shitsux then it will obviously not run well, but on good hardware (which you should already have if you play games or develop) and it will perform the same, if not better than XP. I like Vista's explorer. I like Aero. Fuck off.
Linux > all, k?
As a server OS maybe, but it's absolutely laughable as a consumer desktop OS.

More useless mem. usage = good righto?
No reason to say "f*ck off" it's just a debate, no need to flip out scooter.

I've been using it for several months and there has been no decrease in system performance.
Yes, Vista does include some useless things turned on by default like UAC and Windows Defender, but those aren't hard to disable and when you do, it's a very nice OS.

Chris, why you still bother to reply to these threads is beyond me. The fact that you don't acknowledge people's opinions is the reason people keep coming here to bash your posts.

And how am I not acknowledging their opinions? If I wasn't doing exactly that I wouldn't reply to the thread.
Go away.
If scroll hadn't made an irrelevant comment than Jack wouldn't have chimed in and we wouldn't be where we are. I was simply stating the facts about Apple and all, no need for you all to get so uppity.
And the reason people bash me in this thread is that because I think Vista is good and others disagree. Then I tell them why I think it's good and get shot to hell. You can use whatever operating system you want, but I think Vista is good. XP is also good. Use what you will. Who cares?
Oh wait, this is an Internet forum. You give me your opinion, I give you mine, and we continue discussing why we're wrong.

The battle royal started between the macfag and bill gate's personal fluffer, then they got this to the point it is. Considering how hard you two were sucking your OS's cocks, the thread needed some comic releif before you got whiplash. If scroll hadn't made an irrelevant comment than Jack wouldn't have chimed in and we wouldn't be where we are.
