anyways for mmos, try turbine out...ddo and lotro are both fun, depending on how far from wow u wish to travel. lotro is more similar to wow than ddo, in all areas except lvl of waste of time, in which case both are equal with a total score of "life-threatening time vaccuum"

I need a different MMO

I'm itching like Hell myself to get back into an MMO again, but I can't help but feel like I should avoid WoW like the plague. Either CoV or LotRO will be what I end up dickin' around with, 'til Warhammer Online comes out....
Which, by the way, has been pushed back to an early 2008 release date. I like their reasons for it doing, will make the actual game much better... But f*ck me, I'm dying to play this game.

I'll be playing a Chosen and a Magus, though I'm still not entirely sure which will be the main and which the alt.

It's fun for about the first month, then it gets boring, because its the same crap everytime... it pretty much depends on who has the better gun... its ok, but not something i would pay $15 a month forAnyone try Planetside, I'm interested in it...want to get some opinions.

Well I'll give it a try for that first free month of play, then dump it if it gets too boring.
